Building update number 9
Beloved brothers and sisters, here are the latest developments concerning our transition to a new building:
- The construction of the new building is in its height, but there are several things to come, which may delay the process, such as installing all the outer windows and doors, developing the yard and the building’s surroundings, water and electricity infrastructure placement and receiving the “inhabiting permit” from the municipality.
- We are in the midst of the planning process for the inner renovation and adjustments necessary for us in order to move in.
- This planing phase is quite complicated and very expensive, and we have to complete shortly, as the owner is about to cast the concrete floor soon (all the infrastructure components have to be placed underneath it).
- Our most optimistic predictions are that our new home will be ready around October 2016 for us to move in.
- After many prayers and a long negotiation, the future tenant of our current facility decided to move in at the 1st of June 2016, thereby closing the door for us to stay longer. This means we will have to move out by the end of May. As for now, we still don’t know where we will meet until our new home is ready. We may be assisted by some of our brothers in Galilee and we may also meet outdoors somewhere.
- By the grace of God, a member of our congregation has given us a large warehouse where we could store our equipment during this transition phase.
Having said all that, we would truly appreciate your prayers concerning the following:
- A comfortable solution for us to meet on Saturdays during the transition
- Wisdom and grace during the planing phase
- Blessings upon the workers and builders
- Provision of all the growing materialistic needs, in order for us to complete this project. Since the planning phase has not been finished yet, we can’t give an exact number, but our estimation is that we still lack a significant amount.
We are so grateful for your love and support, which means the world to us, and we bless you in the name of our Lord Yeshua!
“Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it;”
